| What is a Podcast? |

|
Podcasting is a way of distributing audio and video files over the Internet via RSS straight onto your desktop. It lets you 'subscribe' to 'shows' so that rather than going the website it just magically downloads to your computer everytime we release one.
How does it work? well heres probably not the place to go into that but if your really interested then check out Wikipedia's page about them.
So you want to download a podcast - well we would recommend you take the easiest route which is to use iTunes that has a whole load of podcast stuff built in. To get it working; click on the iTunes link next to the show and subscribe directly from the page. If you prefer we have also linked up the direct links to the RSS feeds so you can use any RSS/Podcast reader you choose.
