Many thanks to everyone who entered the epic Skalpel Remix competition. We received well over a hundred remixes of 'Break In' which adds up to a startling amount of ideas and man hours.
The winners Jeff Bruce Hay and Rob Quickenden produced a beautiful soundtrack style moody jazz stunner with brush drums, gorgeous strings and a wicked little vocal hook. Their prize was to jet off to Poland last weekend and indulge in some rock and roll behaviour with the Skalpel boys.
The runners up were Michal Paradowski from Poland, Jeremy Joshua from Australia and Dr Rubberfunk from the UK - all with fantastic, creative enties.
Listed on the right is the original track the four winners and the rest of the excellent shortlisted entrants. Look out for an official release of some of these remixes in the future.
