Of Joy
by DJ Seinfeld featuring ARY
— Released 17th February 2026
DJ Seinfeld - the Swedish producer who grew from lo-fi house pioneer to one of the most singular talents in dance music - releases a new single ‘Of Joy’, featuring Norwegian singer and songwriter ARY. Over two years in the making ‘Of Joy’ is a welcome nostalgia trip, reminiscent of early 2000’s trance thanks to Seinfeld's signature drums and ARY’s emotive tone.
“This was the first song that I wrote for an upcoming new project, which has also been a work in progress for a long time” DJ Seinfeld comments, “I had the chorus and everything, and ARY’s vocals were incredible, but I struggled a lot with the drums initially. I couldn't really get them to where I wanted them to be, so I just didn't work on it for a year or two, and then I came back to it. It's one of my favourite tracks that I've ever made. ARY has the most incredible voice and she’s so easy and sweet to work with. I just gave her a few pointers before I sent over the track. I don't think we had any more than just one Dropbox of files.”
Speaking more on the single ARY commented “‘Of Joy’ is about that moment when you dare to ask yourself if it’s okay to be happy again, and to let go of grief. I’m deeply grateful that Armand challenged me to express hope through his sonic landscape”
