When you buy a ticket from the Ninjashop you will be buying an eticket. This means we will not be sending you out a physical ticket in the post but will be confirming your order via email where you will get a booking number which will enable you to redeem your ticket at the venue.
You must check and double check your seats before completing the order.
To redeem your tickets from the venue you must take along a copy of the email with the booking number on it and the credit card with which the tickets were purchased. If these are not supplied we cannot guarantee you entry to the gig.
A booking fee of £1.50 per ticket will be added to your order.
